Meet Tilke
I've always been intrigued by social interactions and the systems that are at play in our society.
Why do we exclude some people, and how does that impact us? Not only us as individual humans, but also us, as a community? As a society?

Art, and slam poetry more specifically, has been my playing field to digest my life and the things happening around me.Â
My social work and DEI&B career has been all about how to make more space for underrepresented groups. How can we make people feel like they belong?
I'm so glad our paths are crossing and can't wait to hear from you.Â
What's next?
